The ability to think and operate under normal and stressful events. The ability to deescalate and control potentially dangerous conditions. The person should not be prone to impulse decision making, or poorly thought-out actions. Don’t let peer pressure influence your decisions to do the right thing. This can be especially true in a group setting where the pressure is the greatest.
