Possession of a Handgun

 The owner of a handgun can “loan” a handgun to a person that has a valid CPL. Meaning take sole possession of the handgun.  The CPL holder can possess / carry the handgun without the owner's presence.  The owner of a handgun can let another person without a CPL “use” the handgun with the owner present.
