Handgun purchase

13  All purchase, sales or transfers must be done in the state of Michigan by residents of Michigan that can legally sell and purchase a handgun.  Handguns acquired out of state by a resident of Michigan must be transferred from the out of state source into the state of Michigan through (FFL) Federally Licensed Gun Dealers (transfer fees usually apply).
