94  If you must shoot to protect yourself, be sure you have properly identified the target as the intruder. Do not shoot through doors, walls or other objects at the suspected intruder  Because there is no duty to retreat does not give you the right to shoot the intruder just because he is in your home. Your justification is always self ‐ defense.  Target identification must be visual .
