 Under the Michigan CPL laws a handgun is the only “weapon ” you can carry concealed.  Preemption The state controls CPL laws - local government cannot have more restrictive or different laws.  Reciprocity Another state allows a Michigan resident to carry a handgun in that state according to that states laws.
