No Duty not Retreat

There is no Duty to retreat if the following four factors are present: 1. You're not engaged in the commission of a crime. 2. You are in a place you have a legal right to be. 3. You honestly and reasonably believe that deadly force is necessary. 4. You are preventing imminent death, great bodily harm or sexual assault to yourself or others.
