Concealed Carry and Definitions

 Concealed carry rules apply to the person and vehicle. Concealed carry means to carry or place the handgun so as not to seen or identified as a handgun.  A concealed pistol permit is required if the handgun is "accessible" to the driver of the vehicle.  “inaccessible” means to place in a location such as a trunk or in a locked container.
